Transgenerational Therapy is a powerful tool (and field) using our family tree to explore our story, our history and our legends. The story we tell about ourselves and about our family. The stories we were told, the stories we think we heard, and all the other stories that we think happened, all that.

The fabric of life.

In the process of the work, we get to revisit the stories of our people and see how our ancestors, and the ripples of what happened to them has impacted our own life. This is a highly therapeutical process and involves accessing your innate healing capacity through the ancestral web. It gives more clarity and sets things into a peaceful state.

By working on the restoration of the connection between you and your lineages, Transgenerational Therapy engages the body, the psychic world and the language.

It helps work out subjects like for example • – which place we occupy in our family of origin. • – find meaning in one's place in the family as well as in the socio-professional space; • – connect with those known and unknown in one's genealogy, reinforcing the feeling of identity and belonging; • distancing oneself from the suffering of family history and relieving oneself of any debts of loyalty • reconnect with openness in the present by freeing the soul from inherited burdens. • appropriating one's inheritance in order to be able to dispose of it freely and in an appropriate manner. • return to your Self, in the confidence and awareness of one's life and of one's place in the world • find the available resources from the family tree • be awakened for the benefit of one's fulfilment.

Human beings are like trees: Both have roots, trunk, branches, and leaves and are connected to a family system and to Mother Earth by our roots. In the autumn, the leaves fall and become the soil that nourishes the roots of the tree for the next spring. When family members die, when they become our ancestors, they also become the soil that nourishes the roots of our family tree. This is a common energy field that remains in the tree or family through future generations.
